Direct Routing considerations
- Call forwarding should not be configured in Teams — it can conflict with Elevate routing.
- Microsoft Teams Music on Hold is played when a call is placed on hold.
- 911 calls from Teams are handled by the Elevate PBX using your device E911 settings.
- No desk phone is included, but one SIP-enabled desk phone can be connected. Teams cannot be used as a desk phone.
- CNAM is not presented, and Teams voicemail overrides Elevate hunt group routing unless calling policies are adjusted.
